Problem:
This issue was reported to Lotus Quality Engineering and was addressed in
Domino 4.6.5, but only when running OS/400 R4V4.
A possible workaround is to re-initialize these fields in the SDD to blanks.
However, this might be a problem caused by other SDD settings.
Directory synchronization has been designed to not write an SMTP address to the
SDD if the field is not blank.
